Perinatal Peer Support Group
We are a non-judgmental community from pregnancy through the first year of parenthood. Our goal is to create a safe space for sharing struggles and triumphs during the transition to parenthood. All babies and children are welcome, as well as all parents/guardians. Groups are facilitated by former birth and postpartum doula Lily Ostle, who has ten years of experience helping families. Topics include, but are not limited to: baby feeding, family sleep, co-parenting and single parenting dynamics, nutrition, pregnancy trimesters, birth stories, and developmental milestones. Donations are welcome, but not required.
For more information please contact Lily at lilyostle@gmail.com.
